Topic: Summer Series: Pt 3 – Old Parish Records (1538-1837). Join Phyllis as she shares old parish records (OPRs) from England and Wales. Record-keeping evolved and improved over time with baptisms, marriages (by banns or license), deaths, and burials being key to researching families. Other records will be shared, too, like land surveys. The Summer Series can be attended independently or following from this session through the last one in August.
